Coborn PCD Grinding System To Appears in Modern Machine Shop

Simon Ellis Superabrasives, the Ohio-based manufacturer of polycrystalline diamond and CBN tool inserts, recently worked with us to produce a detailed case history of their use of the Coborn RG-6 PCD Diamond Grinder.

The article describes how the CNC grinder, with its unique CCTV geometry monitoring system and powerful CNC control, revolutionized production at Simon Ellis Superabrasives. The „one qualified operator per machine rule which previously had limited the production capacity of this small but busy toolmaker was shattered by their addition of the easy-to-operate Coborn machine.
