The Coborn RG8 CNC Automatic Grinder is a 6-axis polycrystalline diamond grinding system. The new VS4 in-process vision inspection system achieves measurements twently times faster the its predecessor for the RG6. VS4 camera resolution is 1280x1024 pixels. Programming is accomplished on the machine or on a Windows™ PC. Software is available in multiple languages. Whether you're involved in production runs, small lots, or regrinds of PCD, CBN, and tungsten carbide tools or inserts, the Coborn RG8 grinder does it better and faster.

  Coborn RG5A Manual Grinder  
 
The Coborn RG5A Manual Grinder lets the operator control wheel infeed and pivot angle for radius generation. Infeed position is displayed to within 1 micron and wheel traverse positions (up to 10 oscillations) are programmable.		   Coborn RG5A Manual Grinder  
  Coborn PG3 Planetary Grinder  
 
Coborn is a well-established maker of planetary grinders. The PG2B and PG3 are the most popular models. The PG3’s tilting head mechanism allows the grinding of conical clearance angles. The PG3B adds an air bearing lap spindle and air bearing pivot to the design of the PG3. All
controls are separate to reduce vibration. Although waviness results vary, samples with a radius
