The Coborn DB1 Digital Balancing Machine offers safe, easy-to-use single plane balancer for cutters and grinding wheels. Balance routers, cutters, molder heads, grinding wheels, armatures, fans, and turbines. The rotating parts of the machine are fully enclosed for safety, and a lid lock solenoid ensures that the lid stays closed until the rotating parts are at a standstill. Optional Coborn Balancing Studio software offers a live link to the DB1, giving graphical and numerical indication of the machine setup, as well as live balancing conditions. Balancing parameters and results can be printed out for certification purposes, and can also be stored in a spreadsheet or database for further analysis. A full range of hydraulic chucks and adapters is available.
