Adaptors for the RM
The RM is fitted with a face plate onto which many types of standard or non-standard adaptors can be fitted. These include:
- 32mm Hydraulic chuck, for reducer sleeves in the range 6 – 25mm
- HSK 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 & 100
- ISO 30 and 40
- C5, W25 andW2 Collets
- Other propriety adaptors
Control and Programming
- Programming is done directly on the touch-screen or off-line
- Windows based software allows programming to be run, developed and saved easily
- Programming for complex tools is made up of a series of simple blocks
- Straightforward softare, menu driven, intuitive and purpose designed with PCD and PcBN tool productionin mind
- Program wizards available for all common ISO formats
- Importation and display of tool outlines (dxf format)
